Member Sharing Regulations

At Crowd Dental, collaboration drives our mission. This policy outlines our peer-to-peer funding cycles, ensuring every request moves through a formal community sharing round instead of insurance.

Key Terms

Initial Share Fee

Our collective focuses on essential dental health. Approved funding cycles enable common preventive and restorative treatments. Aesthetic additions or unverified costs fall outside our scope, as our system ensures pooled resources are kept for vital oral needs through our cooperative sharing structure.

Assessing

Treatment Cycle Review

To start a funding cycle, a full procedure outline is necessary. These records must list services and expected totals. Such data helps the group evaluate the request fairly and ensures that communal funding is used only for sanctioned care according to our established member sharing protocols.

Flowset

Cycle Authorization

For each approved need, the member contributes the first $300 into the approved case funding round before major non-emergency treatment proceeds. Total support is then managed via the portal. If a case meets community rules and funds are available, we open the round. Digital authorization is required first.

Governance

Digital Portal User Terms

Crowd Dental is a peer sharing network, not a licensed insurer. While we manage funding rounds, aid is based on shared liquidity and adherence to protocol. Support is not guaranteed, as the platform operates on mutual member assistance instead of standard actuarial indemnity policies.

Initiate a sharing cycle

Shared ethics. Mutual care. Peer dentistry.

Cycle Guidance

Transparency is vital. We offer these instructions to help you utilize community funding cycles. This is not a policy; support is dictated by shared rules and current resource availability.

In-Scope Services

  • Routine hygiene and scans. Basic fillings and repairs. Urgent relief for tooth discomfort. Necessary pulling and oral surgery. Essential crowns or endodontics for those in the community group.

Standard Holding Times for Expanded Support Cycles

Prosthetic devices such as dentures. Aesthetic work like brightening or veneers. Full mouth reconstructions or elective plans. Non-detailed fees. Any care started before the community has officially authorized and activated the funding round through the digital management portal system.

Note: Crowd Dental employs a member-driven sharing pool. Support eligibility relies on group standards and capital, which differs from risk-based models utilized by corporate dental insurance firms.
