The Path
Strategic Roadmap
Crowd Dental functions as a cooperative network where participants help address oral healthcare costs. To join in, members must keep their status active. When a clinical need arises, secure a detailed assessment and cost breakdown from an authorized provider for dashboard submission. For each approved need, the member contributes the first $300 into the approved case funding round. Community support may help with eligible remaining costs based on eligibility, documentation, membership standing, published guidelines, and available funds. Funding readiness should be confirmed before major non-emergency treatment proceeds. We are not an insurance provider and all aid is voluntary.
The Process
Framework for Shared Community Resources
Crowd Dental is a member-led network. Constant participation is necessary for the evaluation and funding cycle. For each approved need, the member contributes the first $300 into the approved case funding round. Community support may help with eligible remaining costs based on eligibility, documentation, membership standing, published guidelines, and available funds. Funding readiness should be confirmed before major non-emergency treatment proceeds. Crowd Dental is not insurance and assistance is never guaranteed. 1: Enrollment - Maintain active status. 2: Clinical Review - Obtain a diagnosis and estimate from a network doctor. 3: Log Data - Upload all files to your dashboard. 4: Audit - Requests are vetted against group standards. 5: Funding Entry - The member adds their $300 contribution to the funding round for potential community aid. 6: Care - Start after confirmation.
Need Review
Each submission goes through a methodical review for placement within our collective funding schedule.

Guidelines For Rejection
If a request fails to meet community standards, we provide a notice explaining why it was not authorized. Common issues include waiting periods for specific work or missing clinical data. For eligible needs, we organize the resource round based on available member pools. When resources are limited, cases may be scheduled in distinct phases. This is a voluntary sharing circle, not a financial institution or health insurance company. Support levels vary based on the collective participation and adherence of our current membership base.
Member Terms
Important: Only begin dental care after the funding round is formally authorized. This is a voluntary collective; assistance is not a legal financial obligation.
