Before you request support
Crowd Dental is built on clear rules and shared responsibility.
Before you ask the community fund for help, you:
• Stay current on your $20/month membership payments
• Receive care from a licensed dentist
• Pay, or agree to pay, the first $300 for each approved need
• Collect an itemized estimate or invoice from your dentist
• Save proof of your first $300 responsibility and dates of service

Every request follows the same simple idea: be fair to you and to the community.
We use written guidelines so you know what is commonly eligible and what is usually not.
We follow a clear review timeline, usually 3–5 business days after we receive complete documents.
We always consider the current availability of funds before approving any support.
You will know what we decided, why, and what amount—if any—the fund will help with.
